Dear Jay:
So sorry for your loss. Can't imagine what it's like to lose a child. I heard about Daniel when he was in high school, as he was friends with our former neighbor, Rick Valko. He sounded like n amazing young man. I hope with time, you can only remember the good memories.

I knew Dan best from the math class in 7th and 8th grade. I have very fond memories of him from that experience and remember him to be a genuine person who really cared about others. I didn't connect with him much until the 10 year high school reunion, and he was still that same person I remember from 7th grade, very honest and sincere. I'm sorry to hear that he has passed on. I will miss him.

Danny made us all laugh for hours, challenged us to do more, be sillier, and learn math faster. I am so sad to hear that he is gone, but wonderful memories of growing up with him will stay with me forever. My deepest condolences are with you.

I have very fond memories of Dan (Danny back then) dating back to our tight knit group of friends in Junior High. We made the best of a challenging time in most people's lives and had fun doing it. Danny was funny and kind, and I'm so sad to hear he's left this world too soon.
