I am a professor of Public Policy at UMass Amherst, and I lead a lab of Public Policy students who are studying CETA and its impact over the long-term. Dan was a friend since Brown University (1954), and a generous, humorous, talented, and scholarly gentleman. Very sorry we never met for a mini reunion here in the DC area, as time and good intentions slipped away. Not surprised at his successes and loving family life— his memory holds very warm images of times gone by.
