I worked with Dan for many years at Philip Morris, at that time our group was like family. Dan always had a smile and a joke. I knew Dan was ill however, his death came as a shock. I loved his wit and his knowledge of music. He will be truly missed.

Dan and I grew up together in Chicago. We attended Mark Twain grammer school and Kelly high school. We had a lot of fun doing the things that kids do. Sadly to say, after high school, we went on our own separate ways, as people often do. I just recently remet him through Classmates.com and through another mutual friend, Wayne Luznicki. I knew Dam was sick, but not as sick he obviously was. My wife and I will miss his witty humor and the numerous politically skewed emails. Our thoughts are...
