Not sure what to say?

I have had the privilege of working with Dan both at the Census Bureau (from 1965) and at Westat. He became my friend as well as a brilliant co-worker. He was instrumental in my receiving 2 professional honors. My condolences to the family.

how very sad. He was such a lovely man. condolences to the family particularly faiga from susan davidson

Danny was truly a mensch in every sense of the word. He was one of the nicest, smartest and most unassuming person you could ever know. He was a joy to work for.

An effective professional, an inspiring leader, a colleague with genuine compassion, and no better a person to work for.
Tom Walsh (Vero Beach,Fl)

I am so sorry for your loss. I have enjoyed working with Dan for so many years. He will definitely be missed by the IR staff.

Danny Levine was the first Zaide I knew - not a Grandpa, but a real Zaide to my G-d Children. He managed to be a master of both kindness and wisdom. I will miss him at the Levine mitzvoth of the future, because he was a strong presence at every one in the past. My condolences to all of you.

Joshua and family - so sorry for your loss. I have many fun memories of growing up that include this great man.

My thoughts are with the family. Dan Levine was a mentor to me throughout my years in the federal statistical community.

Dan was one of the important contacts at Westat to meet with during my visits from Florida. Always he had pungent and often humorous comments on the day's events. His warm family stories and personal contact makes him one of life's notables and the void cannot be filled.
