Sad to hear of the passing of Dan. I met Dan in 1977 working iron Nebraska, we worked together on a raising gang on two coal burners unit one and later unit two. Later in 81 Dan was my foreman in Evanston Wyoming. Didn’t see Dan for 30 years then met in Yuma AZ. and it was great to see him. I think I may have been twenty years old when I meet Dan and though we didn’t stay in constant contact he was all ways a good friend. Rest in piece Daniel. God bless the family

My husband, Lloyd, and I have known Danny and the Lucas family all our lives. His parents, Joe and Hazel, were our best friends--and maybe even cousins. He was greatly missed when he left Salinas.
