Not sure what to say?

Can´t believe it´s been this long since you´ve passed. Lots has changed and I´m not at The Arbiter. Life moves on but know you impacted lots of people. Miss you my friend.

Dr. Dan Morris was my Professor at BSU during 2007-2009.Very compassionate and friendly human being he was. Most helpful, especially for a foreign student coming to the USA that belonged to a culture that differed from American culture.I am deeply sad, will remember him to my last days his ways how he addressed my name, gave me advice on matters academic and personal.I am back to my country India, and just learnt about his passing intoeternal life. Now,he will be in the care of the almighty...

Dr. Morris will be missed and I am deeply saddened to hear of this loss. He taught me the art of journalism and he always pushed me to find my voice while I was an undergraduate at BSU and a writer at the Arbiter. Because of him, I am a better writer, which help me investigate any and everything today. I will forever cherish the memories shared with him, may he rest in peace. He definitely left his mark at BSU and inspired his students in a major way.

Dan and I met at the University of Missouri. We were later together at BSU and in Central Asia and post-Soviet Georgia. He was a good spirit and a good friend. I miss him. Richard Shafer/ University of North Dakota

Dan and I got our doctorates together and I always enjoyed his company. He would invite the gang over and make the worst spaghetti sauce I have every tasted. We kept coming back anyway. You will be missed.

A great Baritone -

We miss your beaming, mischievous smile and the way you boldly and happily entered a room. Your bravery in so many areas inspires us. You are missed and never forgotten.
Love from your colleagues at UTP.

Dr. Dan and his family,
You will be greatly missed and I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your son and friend. He was a great mentor during my time at BSU, and definitely taught his students that our world needs those who are passionate and dedicated. His life will continue through each of those he taught and met! All my thoughts and prayers with you during this difficult time.

Dr. Dan, I will miss you, you my friend, had a way about you that grew on people, your randomness made us laugh & smile. I will never forget you my friend. I vote the Arbiter names a room after you!
