Dear Uncle Dan, sometimes hard to believe that you and Aunt Shirley are in Heaven! I pray you know how very much loved you both were by everyone especially by us! I have many beautiful fun and loving memories of you and Aunt Shirley! One of my many is in the winter we all came out to ice skate on your pond and to come in and drink the best hot chocolate ever! I loved talking about all of your books in the family room and... best of all... great games of hangman! lol! Thank you for loving us...

Dear Uncle Dan, you always brought so much love and joy into my life. I loved playing hangman with you talking with you and I loved your laughter and smiles! God blessed us all with you in our lives. Throughout my entire life my Uncle Dan was always a wonderful uncle. He always tried to motivate and encourage us. He was funny, intelligent, and always interesting to talk to. Many of his accomplishments I never knew about because he was too modest to brag about them. Someday if I make it to heaven I hope he is waiting there to greet me. I love you Uncle Dan
