Not sure what to say?

I know this post comes years late, as I just heard of his passing. I am sorry I never had the opportunity to express how much I appreciated his help directly. Throughout the years, I have reflected on my childhood and those who made a difference in my life. Mr. Pearce is one of those individuals. He helped me through dark times, provided guidance, a safe learning space, and encouraged me when I fell behind. Mr. Pearce was a kind soul with a big heart-a genuinely good person who cared...

I unfortunately just found out about Mr Pearce three years later. Mr Pearce was my freshman and jv coach. He was the most gentle soul and kind man. Mr Pearce was probably the most genuine teacher at MHS.

When I think of him now I see that big smile he always had. Before school would start he would hold court in the hallway for 5 to 10 of us. He would just be there for advice or provide encouragement.

Nancy and Dan Jr, I know both of you from working at Pembroke Hospital. Your husband/dad was one of my favorite teachers (phys ed) at Marshfield High. I am sorry for your loss. Rick Pelland

So sad to see the passing of Mr. Pearce. I will always remember him for his smile and how he genuinely cared for the students of MHS. He was truly a great guy. My deepest condolences to his Friends and Family.

The Christopher Wren Association will miss Dan's generous spirit and remarkable enthusiasm. what a wonderful contribution he made to our program - a contribution that will continue to benefit our instructors and students for years to come. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

Very sad to loose a truly great dad, great husband, great educator, great person.

Sorry for the loss of a great man on and off the court. He was looked up to by staff, students and campers during his life. Bless this man and his family.

Laurie and family - we are so sorry for your loss and hope that your memories of your father, husband, grandfather and freind sustain you now and in the future,.
