As a younger man Dan took care of others, as an older man Carol took care of Dan. May your love live on and may you remember all the good things that you enjoyed together.

Carol,
We are so sorry for your great loss.
As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life’s routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
Sorry we could not be there. Know that our LOVE and PRAYERS are with you always.

Your long journey is over, but our journey without you has just begun. I have had a wonderful 20 years of having you as my friend and mentor, Dan Ryan, and I thank the Good Lord daily for bringing you into my life. You had an angel looking out for you in your lovely wife, Carol, and we know it was God's gift to you. My love and sympathies to Carol and Dan's family. You were blessed to have him.

Dan, I miss you dearly and will always treasure the years we had together. I will always love you as your spirit lives on in my heart.
Your loving wife,
Carol Ryan

I will always feel that the short time I had with Dan Ryan was a privilege. He gave me sage advise and wonderful stories to remember. He was larger than life and he lived his life fully.

I miss you.
