Not sure what to say?

I met Dan my second day at work. He came in every friday as he walked thru the facilities. He always asked what he could do to help us. One occasion he contacted the president of HP to speed up delivery of custom test equipment we needed to start a program test. We started on time!! He helped move some heavy equipment we had on dollies! He told me he liked his job as CEO because it enabled him to help so many people. He gave us encouragement and a sense of pride. Thank you Dan Tellep!!!

I testify to Mr. Tellep's sense of encouragement and kindness to each and all Lockheed employees, guests, and that led to include his respect and kindness to all. Thank you for this opportunity.

I currently work for Lockheed in Marietta Georgia and in the 1990s he visited our facility and he had a large crowd of management giving him a plant tour. I could see that he would have rather walked alone and meet the hourly workers instead. He is so instrumental in why we still have jobs here in Marietta and I appreciate Mr Tellep. Condolences to the family and friends RIP.

He was a close friend at Cal. We lived in the same dorm and played together on sports teams including a University champion softball team.
Dan was a person who had all the talents, and these were identified early. I believe that Lockheed hired him before he finished his degrees and ticketed him for top management. The last time I saw him was at a Cal engineering school annual meeting.
I have a lot of pictures of Dan and Marge in their college days and would be happy to make copies...

I was a painting buddy of Dan's in the Saratoga Community of Painters for many years. He was a delight to work with in our group. He did a commission for me of my son fly fishing that I treasure.

I had the honor to work for Dan many years ago - in the mid-1960's when Dan was my Division Manager. I had been with Lockheed for about 5 years by then and he was such an inspiration for a young guy like me. I watched him go to company president and on to lead the corporation. What a great gentleman. I worked for Lockheed for 39 years and always felt the company, and the fleet ballistic missile system we supported, was one of the best combinations in the country. And much of it thanks...

We are so very sorry to hear of Mr. Tellep's passing. My late Dad worked for him at Lockheed and we heard nothing but glowing things about this very talented man. My prayers are being said for his family and friends through this very difficult time. We are sorry for your loss.

My late Dad used to speak so highly of Mr. Tellep. I was so saddened when I saw the obituary in today's paper. Dad worked for him and had nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He, too, worked for Lockheed for a long time. Our prayers go out to his family and friends. We are so sorry for your loss.

I worked for Dan for many years. He was friendly to all and I found him especially helpful in my work. My condolences to his family. Jin H. Chin
