Big Dan as we called him was a great friend and talented contractor. I knew him when I lived in Louisville back in the 80's. If you knew him very long you couldn't excape getting a nickname from Dan that would stick foreever. I feel fortunite that I had the opportunity to visit him in September in Lietchfield after too many years of just chatting on the phone occasionally.
