Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home Obituary

Dani Brosious (nee Kelsey), beloved wife of Matt Brosious, born November 24, 1991, was taken too soon. On Friday, August 30, 2019, at 27 years old, God called back home the blessing he sent us. She was a loving daughter, sister, daughter-in-law, granddaughter, cousin, niece, and friend to many. Dani was a graduate of McAuley High School where she participated in basketball and softball. She went on to Northern Kentucky University where she received her Undergraduate Degree for Sports Business and was an active member of Delta Gamma Sorority. She completed her Master’s Degree in Kinesiology at Eastern Illinois. After school, she excelled in a career as a sales representative with Ohio Valley Beer and Wine.

Dani was an avid competitor. She was born during a Bengal’s game, so Cincinnati sports was a special love affair that continued throughout her life. Dani was a loving, family oriented, and caring person. She always put others first and was the glue that held a lot of us together. Her generosity continues even in her after-life. She donated organs that will save the lives of many that were in need. She never met a stranger. Her infectious smile lit up the room and drew people to her. Dani took pride in being the best friend she could be and never fell short. To quote a friend, “some people walk into your life and no matter how briefly they are there, they change you forever.” Dani was one of those people and touched every person she met. Dani Brosious will be deeply missed by a lot of people, but the good memories will continue to be cherished forever.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 6, from 5-8 P.M. at Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home, 10211 Plainfield Rd. (45241). Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, September 7th at 10A.M. at Mercy McAuley High School, 6000 Oakwood Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio (45224). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mercy McAuley Financial Aide Fund.
