Danny Carver

Danny and I played basketball at Louisburg College. He was a fine person and terrific player.

Danny has family in the Piedmont. He was the son of my great uncle JD and its sad to read of his passing. My father said he was a very good ball player. Many of his uncles and cousins were/are known for their ball playing basketball, softball and baseball.

I am saddened by his passing. Danny was a next door neighbor in our first homes in the Bridlewood subdivision.. We worked together at Aetna, played golf and softball together and had many many great times at work and in the neighborhood. He was a special person in so many ways. My fond memories of Danny and his family are too numerous to mention here but I am proud to say he was my friend Wayne Gibson
