Danny L. Croy Louisiana / Hammond, IN Danny L. Croy on Wednesday, January 7, 2004 at his home in Metairie, LA, age 64 years. Beloved husband of Barbara L. Croy. Father of Veronica Blakesley and husband Matt, Sean Croy, William Croy and wife Lauri, Michele Milam and husband Roger, and the late Patrick Croy and Andrew Croy. Grandfather of Sarah, Ashlyn, Daniel and Erin. Brother of Phyllis Brown and husband Jack, Ralph Croy and wife Pat and Janine Bennett and husband Eddie. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A native of Hammond, Indiana and a resident of Metairie, Louisiana for 20 years. Mr. Croy was retired from the Illinois Central Railroad, a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #2878 and a member of the St. Mary Magdalene's Men's Club. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, 6425 West Metairie Ave., Metairie, LA on Monday, January 12, 2004 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation on Sunday evening, January 11th at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., Metairie, LA from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Monday morning at the church, from 10:00 AM until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the St. Mary Magdalene Debt Reduction Fund preferred. 504-888-8440

We didn't know Mr. Croy well, we were acquaintances from SMM 4:00 pm mass. He was a very nice man and concerned and considered of everyone. He will be dearly missed.
