Not sure what to say?

I only got to talk to Danny once but he was so sweet and kind!! Prayers to the family.

Never have I met another man with such a strong conviction for stewardship of the earth. May God bless you, your family, and anyone whom has ever been touched by your kindness.
Your spirit will live on in all of us.

After reading his obituary I found out how many activities he was involved in. I am truly, amazed and impressed. I knew him as a member and treasurer of the goodfellow coin club. He did the job for over 10 years I believe. He was very good at it and was well versed in Numismatics. Always willing to share his knowledge with anyone who asked or showed any interest in coins or currency. The club will miss his imput. My condolences to his family.

My condolences to your family and the many people that loved Danny. I was so sad when I heard of his passing but happy when I heard it was just the way he wanted to go. I was Danny’s home Respiratory Therapist and loved my visits with him and Ollie every few months. I would make sure I had extra time for his appointments because we always sat at his kitchen table and swapped stories. We would, of course, talk about places we had travelled, the last Eclipse, what plans he had for the next few...

Dan & I met spelunking in the 1970s. I was attempting to explore every cave in the book "100 Caves of Indiana." Though he appreciated my efforts and had explored most of them himself, he inspired me to head south into Kentucky caves which were far more exciting. I'm sure he inspired many others to take on new and more distant challenges.

RIP, Danny. You will be missed. But you & Margaret are again.

I remember Dan from caving in the 1970s. A good friend and caver.

I worked with Dan on Hot Line. He was such a great guy and good friend! All of the volunteers enjoyed working with Dan.

Dan....my mentor, my brother, my second father, my best friend. Uncle to my son, older brother to my wife. We scarcely know how to accept a world without you in it.
