I was so sad to learn of Danny's passing.....I went to school with Danny, I always enjoyed his free spirit as well as his beautiful smile. My thoughts and heart go out to his family at this darkest hour - Diane Phillips

I am so very sad to hear of Danny's passing....He was a student of mine when I taught at Freeport years ago. He was such a joy to have around. I'm sad & shocked to read Danny's obit in the paper today.
We grew up together in the neighborhood and played at Grove Street School Playground at off school hours, whirling on that merry-go-round endlessly.
He liked my little sister (Susan) a lot & would stop at the house to see if she was there, though he also stopped by to see myself or my Grandfather, Verne, who he worked with for a time.
He thought it was awesome that my Grandmother was rushed to the Hospital to donate...
