Not sure what to say?

Darla, you will be greatly missed. It hurts me to think that the plans you and Tim made to move to texas and start a new life as husband and wife will never be. In life, it is so hard to understand why things happen, but we can only trust in God for our hope. Love, Jean Miller

Our heartfelt love and appreciation to each of you at this time. Warren and Beth Wheat give you our love and prayers. It just doesn't seem possible to have lost your two loved ones so suddenly. We will never forget our times together over the last few years. Jesus loves each of you and cares as we love and care for you too!

Darla was a sweet girl. On the occasions I visited with her in my home, it was a bright spot in my day. I am sad to hear of her passing. May her family be comforted in the knowledge that she blessed those she came in contact with.

Again, my condolences for Darla's family's loss. I would like to make a correction to my misstatement of Darla's Aunt Barbara's maiden name. It should be Smalley. Sorry Aunt Barbara.

Ralph: I am very sorry to hear about your sister. Our sincerest sympathies to you and your family.

I went to high school with Darla, and was related to her by marriage through her Aunt Barbara Hungerford(Henson) Franklin. Darla was always happy, and ornry at school and made going to P.E. a blast. I remember she always wore (out of uniform, of course!)these knee-high horizontal striped, bright, multi-colered socks! And, she always had a smile. I only saw her at family reunions after we graduated from high school, and she was still smiling. I am happy to know that, if not here, she is...

My name is Teri Hess Dillingham. I am one of the Hess twins. I graduted with Alan. I am also with Guide Dogs of America. When giving up my golden ret Nia at graduation Darla happened to be there getting here guide dog Wisper. At that time she shared to me what had happened. We had talked for hours catching up. My prayers and love are with your family.
