Darla, you will be greatly missed. It hurts me to think that the plans you and Tim made to move to texas and start a new life as husband and wife will never be. In life, it is so hard to understand why things happen, but we can only trust in God for our hope. Love, Jean Miller

Darla was a sweet girl. On the occasions I visited with her in my home, it was a bright spot in my day. I am sad to hear of her passing. May her family be comforted in the knowledge that she blessed those she came in contact with.

Again, my condolences for Darla's family's loss. I would like to make a correction to my misstatement of Darla's Aunt Barbara's maiden name. It should be Smalley. Sorry Aunt Barbara.

I went to high school with Darla, and was related to her by marriage through her Aunt Barbara Hungerford(Henson) Franklin. Darla was always happy, and ornry at school and made going to P.E. a blast. I remember she always wore (out of uniform, of course!)these knee-high horizontal striped, bright, multi-colered socks! And, she always had a smile. I only saw her at family reunions after we graduated from high school, and she was still smiling. I am happy to know that, if not here, she is with the Lord, because that is the best place to be and the best consolation her family can have, now. I know Darla will be greatly missed.
