My grandfather was a beacon of light and it will live on in our family legacy. My fondest memory of him is when he would brush my hair, feed me “hootie bread”, and walk me to school. I didn’t realize how truly amazing he was until I got a little older. It’s hard to come by solid people like him nowadays.
