Not sure what to say?

To know Darren, is to know what a tremondous loss this is. In my life, I will never know somebody as smart, witty, fun and geniune as Darren. He made me a better person and I shall never forget him.

SO MANY HUGS AND KISSES TO YOU DARREN WITH MUCH LOVE. FROM YOUR MOM, BROTHER BRIAN,AUNTS,UNCLES, AND COUSINS. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN OUR HEARTS. HUGS & KISSES. XXXXXX.

I'm going to miss you old friend.
You were one of a kind. I'll always remember our trip to the DMZ in Korea- you knew more about the history of the place than the guides.
Rest in peace.

I have known darren for 11 years but unfortunately moved out of socttsdale and have not seen him for nearly six of those years. I remember him to be handsome, sweet, intellegent, genuine and most of all a great friend. I am saddened by his death and hope his family finds the strength to focus on the many great years they
had with darren and to always talk of their fond memories to keep him present in their lives. My sincere sympahthy.

WHAT A DEAR FRIEND. EVEN MILES AWAY YOU KEPT ME LAUGHING THROUGH EMAILS. I WILL MISS YOU AND MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO YOUR FAMILY. I WANT TO THANK THE ENTIRE LEITE FAMILY FOR GIVING ME THE INSPIRATION TO BE WHO I AM TODAY.

I worked with Darren at both the Scottsdale and Arizona Culinary Institutes. He was always cooperative and supportive to me and I will miss him very much. He will always be remembered, and was taken from us too soon. My sincere condolences to the family.....

DARREN YOU WILL BE TRULY MISSED. I CAN STILL RECALL THE PARTY AT YOUR HOUSE WHEN THE DIAMONDBACKS WON THE WORLD SERIES HOW HAPPY YOU WERE, AND ALL YOUR GREAT FRIENDS. THE ONLY THING BAD THAT DAY WAS THE YANKEES LOST! LOVE YOU ALWAYS BUDDY.........

Darren,
I am still in shock and stunned. I met you a few years back when you moved into the hood. You became an instant friend, a wonderful neighbor, and someone I truly loved. When you left the hood, you were missed, now that you are gone my heart aches and I miss you so much. I am thankful for the memories you left me, your ability to always put your foot in your mouth, the things you taught me, and for always being a dear friend. No words can express how I feel and what you meant to...

To Darren's Family,
My deepest condolences to you all. I was so shocked and saddened by this news. I met Darren about 8 years ago during my work with the Culinary Program at The Art Institute of Phoenix and was impressed with him from the start. His passion for the culinary industry, for continuing education and his caring manner with students made such a positive difference. I considered Darren not only a wonderful colleague but a good friend. He will be sorely missed.
