I'm sorry for all you endured. That you became so ill after a lifetime of arduously eating healthy and exercising is extremely unfair. If there's a heaven, that's where you must be. Thank you for all the wonderful music!

Today I was thinking of this amazing couple and the song we loved so much when my husband and I were dating. "Love will keep us together". We went to see them at the Universal Amphitheater and it was the only concert we ever went to. Married for 45 years and my husband died in Feb. 22 the day before Valentine's Day. This song inspired us for our entire marriage because we loved it. Sorry to hear of the death of the captain. Life is for us to leave a legacy and this you both certainly did....

There are no words to express Daryl Dragon was one half of the 1970s soft rock superstar duo Captain and Tennille. They had a number one hit song in 1975 with "Love Will Keep Us Together." The song won a Record of the Year Grammy. He will be miss, yet never be forgotten. I do remember was THE CAPTAIN & TENNILLE on TV in the 80's, thanks for the memories, your music will still live on the radio.
