Not sure what to say?

We miss you Dave. We just flat-out miss you.

Dave was full of knowledge.
I am going to miss the hunting stories, poker games, knowledge on life, and my favorite... Let me tell you something! I won't forget some of his advice. Don't act on emotions and only plan the next 5 years.
My thought and Prayers are with the Cosgroves.

I knew something must be wrong when Dave did not answer my text last week asking him to come over and fix something at the house. I was so saddened to see that he just passed. I am so sorry. For years, he always came over when I needed him to fix things and he always did an amazing job. I dont know what I will do without him. I will especially miss his smile and the great conversations we had, hearing about his family and his hunting trips. Rest In Peace. Liza Davis

Sorry for your lost. David was a good friend and neighbor growing up with. We had a lot of good times. Wish we could have stay in touch after we got out of Navy. May he rest in peace.

That smile and laugh will be missed.

Sorry for your loss, lots of memories of Dave playing golf.
One fine man who would do anything for you. Hard worker and a no nonsense man.
I will never forget the day cobert die, Dave worked on him steady untill the ambulance arrived.

Becki and boys,
It was a joy working with your husband and father. I think we spent more time laughing than discussing business, sometimes both. Many in your face discussions about life, family and politics. I will never forget our many impromptu meetings at the Annapolis Home Depot. He was larger than life and you can certainly be proud of his legacy.

Living Spirit Dishgarden

While Dave had a "larger than life" personality, he helped more people behind the scenes than anyone could possibly realize. When I first met Dave at Eisenhower Golf Course, he intimidated me. (Those who know him and played golf with him would understand that) Despite my life long putting woes (And playing with his money)he turned into one my true friends. Words cannot express how much he will be missed. "Dave, I will continue our McGarvey's Christmas Eve Tradition."
