Not sure what to say?

Sorry to hear, we met in AZ, we knew Eugine Alberts who passed away today., March 23.

Dr. Alberts was a very kind man, very attentive to everyone he spoke to. As someone new to Tucson, with a lofty goal to help end CRC cancer as we know it, I only wish I had met him many years earlier than I did. Kim Adair, Executive Director of Butt Check Inc.

I was saddened to hear of Dave´s recent passing while on the Arizona Cancer Center Skin Cancer Institute website today. My heart goes out to Heather and all of Dr. Alberts´ family as they heal from such a significant loss. I want to express my gratitude to Heather and family for supporting his ability to achieve so much in his lifetime. Dr. Alberts was my PhD graduate advisor. He believed in me as a 15-year AZCC staff scientist, and my potential as a graduate student. He positively...

Heather Sheila and I just heard of Dave´s passing and were deeply saddened. We fondly remember our shared experiences in the BJTC wine club and during our service time and during our careers. Our condolences are with you. Please stay well and healthy. Cary and Sheila Presant

I just sadly learned of Dr Albert's passing. I admired his compassion and dedication to his patients. He was always kind to staff. He was an advocate of supportive care at the UA Cancer Center, which as a social worker I greatly appreciated. Jill Winter

Dear Heather, We are so sorry for your loss. May you find peace in your wonderful memories. Sending love and hugs, Roy and Carol Wallen

My deepest sympathies to David's family, friends, and all those who's lives were touched by him. I will always remember Dave beyond his scientific and clinical achievements as a person who deeply cared about others and loved life to the fullest.

May his memory be for a blessing.

I learned of Dave´s death from our son, Josh, who was told by his long-time friend and Dave´s and Heather´s nephew, Matt Koff. Although Dave and I had not kept in touch recently, I have vivid and fond memories of the times we spent together, both professionally and personally, over so many years. He was an astute colleague who had an extraordinary capacity for work, yet he was always there when needed to support his family, friends, and colleagues. One of my most vivid memories of Dave was...
