As is often noted, at times words fail us. For those fortunate enough to have known David he touched our lives with grace, humor and wisdom. He was most of all authentic, always himself which was more than enough. While he accomplished much in healthcare and medicine he was first and foremost a kind, thoughtful human being. He had deep gratitude and joy for having the good fortune to have a remarkable wife Pamela and son Allesandro who provided such love and support for him. He will live on...
