David Lenie AMATO

I grew up in Redondo Beach and knew David's 2 sons his son Scott was my best friend in High School and all threw the 90's and beyond ... David was not like my other friends dads he was always inviting and treated his sons friends with kindness and respect was always there to teach and include everyone equally he was always there to help in any way especially when it came to cars ... David was the one that called me to tell me that Scott had died , its been over a year since Scott's death...

I have been thinking of David these past few weeks, even though we have been out of touch for years! The last time I saw him was in the Portland, Oregon area. He is my cousin and I have many memories of the fun we had growing up. I have photos of him with his sister, Judy, and our mothers. I learned to drive with him teaching me on the back roads. I am so sorry to learn of his passing....and feel bad that we were not close in our adult years. How do we loose touch? My condolences to...
