Not sure what to say?

Just heard this sad news. The Banghart family in Ely remains one of my fond memories. You are great people.

Dave was a wonderful guy. Real down to earth and kind. Dave was a very special member of my Harrah's family. My sincere condolences to Karen and all of Dave's family.

We had some good times in high school. It's too bad we loose track of our friends and don't realize how much time has passed until we read an obituary. I am sorry for your loss. May God bless you and give you strength.

I am so sorry to hear of Davids passing. It is a great loss.
He was a great person and am honored to have known him
during our high school years. May the grace of God give you peace, strength and comfort at this time and always.
God Bless!

My condolences to the family. I attended Dave's memorial gathering and learned many things about Dave that I did not know. His interest in fishing, hiking, and photography was news to me. I had watched him play softball but had no idea he was a state champion baseball player. And his honor student status was also news to me. Such a humble man. I'll be reminded of Dave especially when I hike the Sierras.

The world just lost a great guy. I got to know Dave through his daughter Nicci, he was truly great person and a wonderful father to his daughters. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. He will be missed.

Dave was a GREAT guy!!! His sense of humor and his warmth towards his friends will be greatly missed. I always looked forward to the KOOK golf tournament in the original days knowing I'd be reconnecting with many close friends...Dave was always one of the first guys I'd look for at the campground. Rest in Peace my friend.

Karen, girls, and Shirl,
My thoughts and prayers are with you. Dave will be missed by all. I'll miss his smile and how he "lite up" like a light bulb when we'd talk about our boys playing baseball.
Bless you and your families. Dave will always be with us.
