Hi! I don't know where you are now, i missed you so much and Mrs. Maggie everyday, every time i have off i ask Mrs. Maggie if she has time so i can visit her and check how is she doing. It was not in my mind that when the last time you were hospitalized i did not know that, that was the last day you were not gonna go home. Because every time we admitted to the hospital i always think that we are gonna go home in a few days. I was not ready when you died, i am so sorry that i had to leave...

David was a good friend and valuable colleague, both as an SCE executive beginning in the 1970's and as a member of the LA Opera board where we both served on the audit committee in recent years. He will be greatly missed and his many contributions will not be forgotten.
