Hi! I don't know where you are now, i missed you so much and Mrs. Maggie everyday, every time i have off i ask Mrs. Maggie if she has time so i can visit her and check how is she doing. It was not in my mind that when the last time you were hospitalized i did not know that, that was the last day you were not gonna go home. Because every time we admitted to the hospital i always think that we are gonna go home in a few days. I was not ready when you died, i am so sorry that i had to leave you with your wife and kids at the hospital. It was so hard for me to accept that, that was the last day that i am gonna see you it broke my heart so much seeing you in that kind of situation. I said to myself it would be easy for me to accept that i am not gonna see you forever because you were having a vacation somewhere rather than knowing that you were completely gone. Every time i was at the hospital mentally i was talking to God that he will make a miracle for you to get better so we can go home but it did not happened. I missed being with you everyday for 4 yrs you and Mrs. Maggie are my second parents. I missed doing everything for you like trimming your hair, your finger nails, your toe nails, the driving, eating together at the breakfast and dining table, i also missed massaging your legs and doing exercises with Mrs. Maggie, and most importantly the memories at the master bathroom the enormous laughter every time we were at that room. I have some of your clothes and photos their helping me to remember that we were still always together. Wherever you are, I want to thank you for the values of kindness and generosity that that i felt from you and Mrs. Maggie. It was not about the money being with you for 4 yrs but the genuine values that I learned from you and Mrs. Maggie it made me a better person. I do not know if i am gonna see you again only God knows His power. I missed You so much and I Love You very very much and your whole family...........many many thanks.........RIP

David was a good friend and valuable colleague, both as an SCE executive beginning in the 1970's and as a member of the LA Opera board where we both served on the audit committee in recent years. He will be greatly missed and his many contributions will not be forgotten.
