Dear Pete, Barb and family: I was saddened and shocked to hear of Dave´s passing. He was such a great guy. I worked with him for my full time as a dentist and always had a great conversation as he delivered cases. Your family is a wonderful one, and I pray that you can get relief from Dave´s loss.
