Not sure what to say?

David was one of the Good Guys!

Dave was My Shipmate, My Brother, My Friend.....We did so many things together the 3 years on the USS Koelsch. We visited Foreign Countries together, worked together, even pulled some pretty good pranks on each other. We even got together when we were out of the Service. since He was in R.I. and I in Mass. I think of Him often, and can't wait to see Him again on the Other Side.

Miss you everyday brother love you

My husband Ray Goyette is now in heaven with David..May they both smile down on us as they enjoy seeing the face of God. Blessings to the family. Anne-Marie Goyette

I am so saddened to hear of my Shipmates passing. I served on the USS Koelsch with Dave from 1983-1986. We hit it off right from the start, me being from MA. and him from RI. We were both Cooks so we spent a lot of time together...on and off the Ship. We had some fun, crazy times and some serious ones. He was my friend..."Piano Man" used to be"Our song " especially the line" he's talkin to Davey who's still in the Navy, and probably will be for life"...Our Ship is having a reunion on August...

My deepest condolences to the entire Boisclair family. I have warm memories of the Tessier clan and Boisclair boys when we were children. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. RIP David.

I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. Please find peace and comfort in Psalms 119:76.

David was the son of our dearest friends and cruise mates , Frank and Audrey. Whenever we visited from Albany, NY, David would always stop by for warm conversation with us on Frank and Audrey's screened-in "porch". This was his personality. To know and enjoy people in all walks of life not to mention being a great cook. He would talk about family and things near and dear to his heart. He so loved his children and grand kids who we have had the pleasure to meet. Young David is following...

Laurie and Family,
So sorry to hear of David's passing, always treated me with respect in the ED at Memorial Hospital, and was a great inspiration to all he met. My thoughts and prayers are with you in this most difficult time.
