In my high school years Mr Buick was a great and positive influence to me. His influences gave me the drive to go on to college and study architecture. He had similar influences on many others, a great man that will be missed. My condolences go out to his family.

Bigsie... I was very fortunate to have had him as a teacher and a boss during school and college, taught me and trusted me to work on his behalf building homes. We worked hard and loved every minute of it, I would give anything for another day of working construction with Bigsie, or even haying his field. Kim, Rick, Kelly, Irene, always there when for the haying and the picnic afterwards, and I remember the OV splits never tasted better! He sent me for the donuts in the morning, 16 or 17...
