"Dave" Bowen was a very special and close friend of mine. We shared alot of laughs and great times. He was a well liked man by many people. He loved to joke around alot. I remember him telling me the same jokes over and over and over as if it were the first time he was telling me. And everytime it seemed to get more funnier than the last time he told it. He made life more fun.
Everytime we crossed paths he always had a BIG hug for me and he would whisper in my ear, "I Love You...
