Lost my father David Henry Bowerman Jr. in 1987 and still miss him. David Sr. pasted before I was born. Sorry for your lost

So sad to hear of Mr. Bowerman's passing. I just drove through the neighborhood the other day when sadly I was in town for my niece's passing. I wondered what had become of so many wonderful neighbors. Hopefully my dad was waiting for him (Bill Rodick) and they are catching up!

You don't know me but I also lost my dad, David Ward Bowerman, age 81, earlier this year on May 16, 2011. I get a 'Bowerman google alert' daily with any references to people named Bowerman. I work on genealogy and sometimes I see mentions of my siblings or cousins from newspaper articles,etc. Your husband, father and grandfather's name caught my attention since it was the same as my beloved father's. Although our times together with family were infrequent, I always remember Dave with a smile on his face and a welcoming friendly person who loved being with his family.
