I'm very sorry for your loss.

Working with Dave over the years have been such a pleasure for all of us at Residential Appraisers. His knowledge of the Boston real estate market was respected by our firm and every client that grew to know him. Dave had mastered his profession and made his assignments look easy compared to the rest of us.

working with dave these many years has been wonderful. he made us laugh, and truly had a hand in making the atmosphere at the office that of a small "family". we love and will miss you dave.

Two things... First, I can't rationalize these events. There is no acceptable reason to have to give up another good person. I simply resign myself to my faith that Dave is in a much better place with far too many of my loved ones.

Second, I am not able to conjure up a memory of "Burke-ie" which does not make me smile, then chuckle and then laugh out-loud. Dave will always be a laugh-out-loud kind of a guy for me.
