David Alan Burman

Pastor Burman arrived at Brown Street in Alton, IL right after I graduated. He was a gentle shepherd and firm scriptural guide. Later on, a great leader and co-worker in the church office. He warmed up a room, literally - always an early bird, he made sure spaces were ready and welcoming for church. He and Bev loved their family and loved sharing them with others. The only judgement I could give about Pastor Burman is that he wouldn't eat his green vegetables! lol I will always remember him...
