To the Carr family: You are all in our prayers at this time of loss. I met your parents a few years back when I worked at the nursing home in Effingham and Karen was there. What a sweetie she was. I enjoyed working with her and her cute laugh. I had lost track of her until I saw the death notice. I'm sorry but I didn't know your Mother had already passed away. Great sadness is in my heart as I read of the news of Herman's passing. I know that my grief must be small in comparison to yours. The kindness and gentleness of his spirit now rests with the Lord. I have been truly blessed in this life to have been able to call him a friend.
