We are shocked and saddened to hear about David's passing. Our families were friends from Shillington for many years. Heartfelt Prayers for all of David's family.

To the Causa families, we are saddened to hear of Dr. Dave's passing. He has been our family dentist since the 1980's in Mohnton. He was the best smile maker!! Dr. Dave took great pride in his work and his practice. Peace and prayers to your family during this difficult time.

I was a patient of Dave's since his early days in Blandon.He always had a smile and words of encouragement .Dave was more than a dentist but also a friend.He was very good with my son who I also took to Dave.The line outside tonight was around the block ,a testiment to how many people 's live he touched.May God give all of you peace and comfort at this time.Dave's not really gone cause his goodness lives on in all the lives he's touched over the years.

I remember all the football memories and David always having such positive things to say about my boys. He was a kind, genuine person who others could model after. I am grateful to have known him after we moved to Wyomissing. God bless.

I am so very sad and have not come to grips with the loss of this wonderful person.... i have been a patient since he started out in Blandon and we have shared so much about travels + our similar health issues. My heart goes out to his wife + entire family and staff. So very sad. Linda

I was so sorry to hear of Dr. Causa´s passing. He was our family´s dentist since Blandon. My late husband considered him one of the best. My daughter and I were devastated to hear of his passing. We considered his practice not only as his patients, but also friends. We know he will be sorely missed. . Prayers to his family and staff.
