Not sure what to say?

I served with Dave at PhuCat Air Base in Vietnam 1970-71. Last time I saw him was in the 1980's. We connected Vietnam because we were both air traffic controllers and from Mass. I just decided to look him up and was saddened to hear he passed away. I didn't know he worked for the VA. I also worked for the VA and retired after 32 years in 2012. How ironic. He was a great guy during our tour in Vietnam. I was at Phu Cat before him and when I left Phu Cat on March 3,1971 I was sitting in a C130...

I knew David at Brookline High School - we had reconnected only recently when he found me on FB. He was one of the really good guys. I will forever remember his smile. May his memory be a blessing to all who are suffering his loss.

May you Rest in Peace David, after a lifetime of hard work and dedication to the VA, the Veterans and fellow employees. It was a pleasure working with you over the years. You will be missed and remembered by all. May God Bless your wife and children. Karan

Its funny when I think of David I have a lot of memories that come to mind can't really pick one. He was great to work with and always good for a laugh. I will miss seeing him at work and just talking with him when on break. I am sorry for the lose to his family my thoughts and prayers go out to them.
