My Father-In-Law, was a kind and noble soul, who touched so many of our lives.

Having grown up with Dave as neighbors, attending grade school at Immanual Lutheran School, being drafted into the military in 1956, (He in the Navy, the last Navy draft) I in the Army. Dave was also in my wedding party.
For years we exchanged birthday phone calls. His being Flag Day, I told him that I put the flag out for him.
To Joy and family, I too will miss him !

We are so grateful to have had such a wonderful grandfather. We will cherish all of our fond memories and phone calls we had with him. Time spent with one another is the most important thing and we will hold onto those moments we spent when he visited us in San Diego and while we were in Ohio forever. Rest in peace Papa <3
