Not sure what to say?

What a wonderful person and friend.
I had the pleasure of meeting David in the early 80s Jack barnett race track, on the Sherman Denison line. Seems as if we bonded right away.we had a little 3 wheeler gang and would hit the races every weekend.
David introduced me to the jewelry repair industry where I attended Paris tx jewelry school and I am still a jeweler to this day. I took a 2year cross country trip with David and the truck, what a wonderful experience David was...

We met Dave and Kathy when they first opened Katmandu in 2000. They did everything they could to keep everyone happy. Each year there was a new addition to the grounds. Jim and I haven't seen him in years but he will always have a special place in our hearts. RIP. love Jim and Jen from NY / PA

"The Pentagon" crew

Dave was not just a friend who owned Katmandu, he was family to Sterling and I. We always looked forward to hearing his voice and seeing his smile as we arrived each year. We enjoyed sitting and chatting with him throughout the rally as well as talking to him throughout the year. His salute as we would roll in and out of the campsite continued in our minds even when he was no longer there at the gate. His memory will always be a part of our stay there.

Dave was a loving and caring man...

RIP my friend, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Although I haven't seen him in years, he was a good man. When I would drive by the store over by GCC, I would always think of David.
He always had a quick smile and a warm heart, I would always tease him about being from March to December older than me.
