We have never met....but my grandfather worked with your family (Emmett,Bob, Ken, and Dan) at National Cover. I attended Bob's funeral as a very small child. Gerri stayed in touch for many years, and I was sorry to see that she has passed, but at peace that she has been reunited with Bob who has been gone from this earth so many years. My sympathies as you struggle with the loss of your uncle, cousin and friend. Lean on the Lord for strength as the pain and sorrow fill these early days. Let...

Do not stand by my grave & weep, I am not there I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow, I am a diamond glint on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awake in the morning hush, I am the swift uplifting rush. Of quiet birds in circling flight, I am the soft star shining at night. I Remember having dinner with David at my house on several occasions when he came by to visit my parents. He was a caring person with a zest for life, and is now at peace with his Mom, Dad, and sister Bobette.

I have very fond memories of visiting Uncle Dave's apartment when I was a kid. My mom would take us over there on weekend night's, while they had drinks and conversed. I used to love looking at all the cool dark stuff he kept, like the old monster trading cards, and sculptures he did of various weird creatures. Not to mention all the half naked pictures of women hanging everywhere! As I got older, I really enjoyed going over to his other apartment to hang out with my mother and him, and...

Dave was my friend and Christian brother. 42 years of very good memories, one of the most pure hearted and giving individuals I have had the good fortune to know. When he did'nt have a nickel to his name he would share his only morsel of food or last beer with you. My heart felt condolences to Tom, Cheryl, and the rest of the Duebelbeis family. Dean Reichold
