I am so sorry to hear of Davids sudden and tragic passing - we went to school together, hung out through teen years - he was such a fine fine guy - a real gem and a sweetheart. My deep condolences to all of the family

I am shocked and deeply saddened to hear of David's tragic passing. I had the pleasure of working with David at SkyDome (Controlled Media) from 1993 to 1998 and have many fond memories of those years. My sincere condolences to David's family.

It was with such sadness that I learned the news of David's passing. We were colleagues for a number of years. He was a friend and mentor and always, always a bright smile every day. My condolences to his dear family.
