The team is gonna miss you Einig.... Creve. Couer lake, 1965

Sorry I didn´t get to see you one more time... we had some fun in Chesterfield/St Louis county in the´60s... I just got the news. Say hi to your old cat Simon in heaven

David and I spoke at least 2 times a week while we were colleagues at SAGE. We share many private details of our lives and I loved him as a unique individual and friend. David and I were in the same class (1975) at Parkway Central High School. I always admired him and looked up to him as a role model. Dave's favorite was "Crystal Blue Persuasion" by Tommy James and the Shondells.

David was a dear friend at Booksource, Unique Books, and stops in between. The lovely obituary in the Post-Dispatch describes him well. My sympathy to his family.
