I just heard about Dave! How profound! I think about you guys often. Those years we all worked together I will never forget. All of us at the Utah Shakespeare Festival were saddened to hear of your recent loss. We love David's smile in the photo and can tell he was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. Our hearts and prayers are with you and your entire family. We are here if you need us.

Carol- I am so sorry about Dave- He was a great person and will be missed by many. The biggest regret I have with Dave, and it's not all the money I paid him on the golf course, it's that we did not have enough work to keep him on our staff just before he left to work with Tom My heart and prays are with you and Dave

The picture of Dave in the Trib is how I have always remembered him. He made sure to seek me out last year at a conference we both attend and talked about golf first then work. He is one of the good ones. My thought are with you.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Dave's passing. Penelope and I will be out of town for this Thursday's services, so I wanted to make sure that I let you know how deeply we will miss Dave. I will always cherish the great memories of our time spent together on and off the golf course. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
