Not sure what to say?

So sorry for your loss. I remember Dave fondly. I met his when he was a member of St. Luke’s basketball and I was a cheerleader. Peace and prayer for his family.

You were the original Silent Assassin , I always looked up to you on and off the field / Court. Rest in peace

Sorry for your loss Fontanilla Family! Remember David from childhood days in Weberstown/Nice Family...RIP

Mr. Fontanilla. Words cannot describe how much you meant to me and to others. You gave me hope in my darkest hours, and you always supported me when i needed someone. I remember coming into English II and always seeing you have a smile on your face. You were such a bright soul, a man full of wisdom and integrity, kindness and love. May you rest in Heaven peacefully playing that ukulele of yours.

I met him 44 years ago. A teammate, classmate and a friend. He was one with so many talents. My heart goes to him and his family. Look down upon us to give us the strength to be the example that you were to all your classmates and teammates. Give a hug to your mom and dad. Miss you Davey

I am heartbroken to hear about Dave's passing. He was one of the nicest guys and a wonderful athlete. Prayers and condolences to his family and friends.

Sending good toughts and prayers to Davey's family during this time of reflection. As JoJo said It's been 44 years when we all came together. We all had a great run. I will truely miss you. As you would say to me, "Alright Amigo Catch You Later." Love You Brother

I am truly sorry for your loss and my thoughts are with your family. Davey and I were best of friends when we were very young and I have many fond memories of our friendship!!!

My condolences to the entire Fontanella family. I was lucky to call him my teammate. The poise and tenacity he exhibited as a player carried on throughout his life. I enjoyed catching up with Dave a few years ago when he brought his Manteca frosh teams to SM. The Green family will keep Dave and your family in our prayers.
