Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to read of his passing. I loved his father, Adolph, and have many happy memories of attending his poetry readings. My mother was also a Kee Wah alum. Roots go deep.

Among David's exceptional qualities were his modesty and his vast knowledge. He had a sharp wit and a beautiful voice. I shall miss his stories, his songs and his ability to engage in esoteric conversation that always left me with new, inspiring knowledge. He left an unmatched legacy to many people. I am grateful for the fond memories.

David was a very special person and all who him loved.his special gift of song memories andhistory. He will be missed by all hi friends love from Judy. And lou

Kee Wah and David are among my most cherished memories.
As an adult I learned what a fine man David was.

Let the sweet memories sustain and comfort you today and in the days to come.

David's passing is a loss to the entire Kee-Wah Alumni Community. He leaves us with fond memories of him as a camp director, counselor and tribe chief. He was my counselor in 1949, and re-connecting with him in recent years at Kee-Wah reunions was a joy. Rest in piece Dave.
