Not sure what to say?

Still, to this day, every time I see a picture of the pyramids my first thoughts are of David. I know your are resting in peace because you were a Good-Man!

I was watching a show & one of the characters reminded me of Dave. Him & his wife Mary were patients at the dentist office I worked at in Carmichael. They both were two of the finest people you could ever meet! We all use to enjoy Dave's stories or jokes he'd save for us.. But mostly the charm & eloquent way he told them. (Not to mention his style) I didn't know of his passing since leaving the dental field in 2002, but I knew looking him up after all these years, didn't look favorable.. it...

Watching a history channel doc on the pyramids- thought of my old working buddy!

I miss you, Uncle Whats His Face!
I love you, and one day, I can give you a hug!
Love, Gretch the wretch

Words could never express how sad I was to learn of David's passing. I first met Dave through the Surveyors Historical Society. The next thing I knew we were together on a plane to Egypt for an adventure that forever changed my life. I got to see Dave a few times after that and will cherish every minute of the time that I got to spend with him on this earth. See ya soon my southern brother!

Dear Mary, I have been wondering about you and Dave, and actually just sent him an email. I instantly knew inwardly that he no longer in this physical arena. My sincere condolences, though this I. He was so loved by me and I am certain all those who knew him. How Blessed was he to have your sweetness in his life. Lots of love to you and your family, Kate (lemongrass).

David was an amazing person. I am so sorry for the family's loss. Mary you and your family will and have always been in my thoughts and prayers. Although I no longer attend the same church as you. You both left a lasting and memorable impression on my life. Love you!

I love you Uncle What's His Face!

Love, wretched

Dave was a gentle, generous and often humorous man. Many fond memories of him and Mary at LCOR, incuding helping to host the annual pancake breakfasts. Fondly remember the time he told me they had brought the sausage for the breakfast all the way back from KY on their last trip home. I bought it hook, line and sinker and then later learned it was regular old Jimmy Dean's. He will be missed.
