Not sure what to say?

I was so saddened to learn of David's passing, he was a friend, an accountant, and a genuinely funny guy. His outlook was always bright despite any difficulties. I know how much he enjoyed his "changing horses in midstream" and going into nursing from accounting but still keeping his finger in "the books". He will be missed and our deepest sympathies to his mom and Sarah and the rest of his extended family. Jan and I will keep you in our thoughts.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Death, be not proud

Death, be not proud, though some have called thee
Mighty and dreadful, for thou art not so;

I had the good fortune to work with David during his time at VCU Health Systems. He was a gregarious man who always had a story to tell that would leave you laughing your whole ride home. He will be missed by many. My sympathy is with his family. My thoughts and prayers are with them.
Sincerely,
Debra Kelly, RN

I knew David last summer when he worked at VCUHS. I remember him making patients and families smile and laugh. That is a legacy for any human being. Prayers for his mother and family. Anne Hawkins

Dear Sarah, Rose and Danny,
Our deepest sympathy in the passing of a great man. He could make you laugh when you needed it the most. He was always there to lend an ear or give a helping hand. Dave was the type of person who would give you the shirt off his back if it would help. He will be missed by many people including Bruce and I as well as our family. It was great knowing your father, son and brother. God Bless you all and may the good memories help ease your pain and...

Rest In Peace Dave... You will be dearly missed. I've enjoyed working with you over the years and will miss hearing about all your adventures and sharing funny stories. My sincere condolences to your family and loved ones.

Rose, Danny, Carol, Sarah, and Marsha my deepest sympathies.

To David: I can't wait to talk to you again in Heaven. Your beloved Tyberius.

Miss Me, But Let Me Go
Author Unknown

When I come to the end of the road,
and the sun has set for me.
I want no rites in a gloom-filled room.
Why cry for a soul set free?
Miss me a little—but not too long,
and not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that was once shared.
Miss me, but let me go.

For this is a journey we all must take, and each must go alone.
It’s all a part of the master’s plan, a step on the road to home.
When you...
