In working with David on City of Mission issues from 1986 until I retired in 2012, he provided the most professional counsel with a blend of wit and humor. My wife and I would like to extend our deepest condolences on the passing of David. As a former City Council member and Mayor of Mission, I spent many hours with David from the mid-1980s to 1998.
