David E. Hall

Dave was a work colleague at OCHE several years ago. He was so invested and loyal to ag ed! I also remember that he spoke of his family often, and loved his family very, very much. We heard many stories about those wonderful daughters and grandchildren! My thoughts are with his family at this time.
